At Montauk Tackle Co, we stand behind everything we make. If you have received a defective product, an incorrect size or just feel the item is not what you expected, send it back for a refund or exchange within 30 days from ship date. Refunds will be based on method of original payment. You will not be charged any additional shipping fee if an exchange is requested.
After 30 days, Montauk Tackle Co. will gladly exchange or issue a merchandise credit for the price at the time of sale (with original receipt). Items returned after 30 days must be unworn, unwashed with original packaging and tags or defective.
Contact us, let us know what you wish to do and we will issue an RMA number to reference on the return shipment as well as start the exchange process. This will expedite the returns process.
Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking. Typical turnaround time FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES, with shipping, is about two (2) weeks with an RMA number.

Montauk tackle Co. cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.
If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the credit card for the returned item(s) upon receipt. If we cannot exchange the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund or merchandise credit.
